  • 120 g oat flakes (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
  • 200 ml hot milk (5/6 cup)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • Vanillin (to taste)
  • 40 g bitter cocoa (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Walnuts (chopped, to taste)
  • Chocolate chips (to taste)
  • For the Chocolate Glaze:
    • 100 g chocolate (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
    • 40 ml boiling milk (3 tbsp)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Prepare the Oats: In a bowl, pour the hot milk over the oat flakes and let them soak for a few minutes.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and then beat in the eggs and vanillin.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, mix together the cocoa, baking powder, walnuts, and chocolate chips.
