Ingredients:
- 1/4 cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 carrot, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 10-11 rice paper sheets
- Green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Black pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying
For the dipping sauce:
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (chili sauce)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp whole grain mustard
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, beaten eggs, chopped green onion, salt, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well.
