- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Hungarian paprika, sweet or hot, or a combination
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes or 1 large ripe tomato, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth or water
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup noodle
Directions:

- Season the chicken legs with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the chicken legs and cook until browned on all sides.
