Ingredients:

  • 1/2 small cabbage, shredded
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 300g egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp oil Sauce:
  • 1.5 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

 

Directions:

  1. Cook noodles until al dente, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
  2. Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Stir-fry cabbage, carrots, and green onions in 2 tbsp oil. Set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil and noodles. Stir-fry, then add sauce.
  5. Combine noodles with vegetables, heat through, and serve.
