Servings: 4 servings
Course: Main Course

Ingredients

Ingredients
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs: 2 lbs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Onion Powder: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tbsp
  • Creole Seasoning: 1 tbsp
  • Ground Black Pepper: 1 tsp
  • Italian Seasoning: 1 tsp
  • Parsley: 1 tsp, dried or fresh chopped
  • Broccoli: 2 heads, cut into florets
  • Low Sodium Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Complete Seasoning: 1 tbsp

Method

Preparation
  1. Season the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken thigh pieces with onion powder, garlic powder, creole seasoning, ground black pepper, Italian seasoning, and complete seasoning. Toss well to evenly coat the chicken.
  2. Stir-Fry the Chicken: Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a splash of oil, then add the seasoned chicken. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is nearly cooked through and nicely browned.
  3. Add Broccoli and Sauce: Add the broccoli florets to the pan along with the soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
  4. Finish and Serve: Sprinkle parsley over the top just before serving for added freshness.
  5. Serve hot, ideally over a bed of steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
