Servings: 3-4 servings
Course: Main Course

Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled
  • Salt: to taste
  • Black Pepper: to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise about 15 g
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese (1.7 oz), grated

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). The high heat helps to make the fries crispy.
  2. Prepare the Potatoes Slice the peeled potatoes into thin fries, about 1 cm (0.4 inches) thick. Keep them uniform for even cooking.
  3. Season the Potatoes Place the potato slices in a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss well to evenly coat.
  4. Sprinkle 50 g grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potatoes. Toss again to coat the fries evenly.
  5. Arrange on a Baking Tray Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  6. Spread the coated potato slices in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap for even cooking.
  7. Bake the Fries Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Flip the fries halfway through for even browning.
  8. Serve Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, aioli, or ranch dressing.
