  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup (100g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon stevia or your preferred sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C).
  2. Combine wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Greek yogurt, stevia, and salt.
  3. Add dry ingredients: Stir in the oats, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
  4. Form cookies: Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
