- Chop the Snickers: Start by chopping the two Snickers bars into small, bite-sized pieces. Make sure the pieces are small enough to blend into the creamy texture, but leave some larger chunks if you want extra texture in your dessert.
- Set Aside: Set the chopped Snickers aside for later. These will be folded into the cream mixture at the end to add flavor, texture, and crunch.
- Chill the Cream: Before whipping, make sure your cream is cold. Cold cream whips up better and holds its shape longer. Pour 200 ml of chilled cream (33% fat) into a large mixing bowl.
- Whip the Cream: Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the cream on medium-high speed until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip, as you want a light and fluffy texture, not butter.
- Add the Condensed Milk: Once the cream has reached soft peaks, slowly pour in 50 ml of condensed milk. Condensed milk adds sweetness and a silky texture to the dessert.
- Mix Gently: Using a spatula or the lowest setting on your mixer, gently fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream until well combined. Be careful not to deflate the cream during this step.
- Fold in the Snickers: Take the chopped Snickers bars and gently fold them into the cream and condensed milk mixture. Make sure the Snickers pieces are evenly distributed throughout the mixture for the best texture and flavor in each bite.
- Optional Texture: If you prefer a smoother texture, you can blend half of the chopped Snickers into the cream mixture, and fold in the remaining pieces to maintain some crunchy bites.
- Transfer to Serving Bowls: Spoon the mixture into individual serving bowls or a large serving dish, depending on how you plan to serve it.
- Chill in the Refrigerator: Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to chill and set. Chilling allows the flavors to meld together and the dessert to firm up slightly for a richer texture.
- Garnish (Optional): Before serving, you can garnish the dessert with extra chopped Snickers, drizzles of chocolate sauce, or even crushed peanuts for added texture and presentation.
- Serve Cold: Serve the creamy Snickers dessert chilled. It’s best enjoyed cold to maintain its creamy consistency and indulgent flavor.
