- 3 tortillas
- 1 or 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 100 grams of cheese, grated
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams of milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 50 grams of parsley, chopped
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the tortillas into thin strips and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
