Ingredients:

  • 80 g (2.82 oz) prunes or dried apricots, chopped
  • 50 g (1/2 cup) mixed nuts, chopped
  • 50 g (1/3 cup) almonds, chopped
  • 100 g (3/4 cup) peanuts, chopped
  • 30 g (1/4 cup) pumpkin seeds
  • 40 g (1/3 cup) sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon honey

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (360°F).
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the chopped prunes or apricots, nuts, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and flax seeds.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk the egg white until frothy. Add the honey to the egg white and mix well. Pour this mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
