- 1 large broccoli, cut into florets
- Olive oil
- Baby kale
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 7 small cloves of garlic, minced
- 12 small tomatoes, halved
- Butter
- Salt to taste
- Thyme to taste
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp flour
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 205°C (400°F).
- Cook Broccoli and Kale: In a large pan, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and baby kale. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Fry Garlic, Onion, and Tomatoes: In the same pan, add a bit more olive oil and a knob of butter. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and fry until they become translucent. Then add the halved tomatoes and cook until they soften.
