- Eggs: 2 pc
- Bread crumbs: 30 g (1.1 oz)
- Sweet paprika: 10 g (0.4 oz)
- Salt: 17 g (0.6 oz)
- Black pepper: 10 g (0.4 oz)
- Cheese cream: 120 g (4.2 oz)
- Ham: 250 g (8.8 oz)
- Potatoes: 200 g (7.1 oz)
- Pickled cucumbers: 100 g (3.5 oz)
- Boiled eggs: 5 pc
Directions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the minced meat, 2 eggs, bread crumbs, sweet paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Shape the Meat: On a sheet of parchment paper, shape the meat mixture into a flat rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Add Filling: Spread the cheese cream evenly over the meat, leaving a small border around the edges. Lay slices of ham over the cheese cream. Peel and slice the boiled potatoes thinly and arrange them on top of the ham. Slice the pickled cucumbers and distribute them over the potatoes. Slice the boiled eggs and place them on top of the cucumbers.
- Roll and Bake: Carefully roll the meat into a log, using the parchment paper to help you. Seal the ends and edges well. Place the roulade seam-side down on a baking tray and bake for about 1 hour, or until fully cooked.
- Serve: Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
