Ingredients:

  • 800-900 grams of minced meat
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic, minced
  • Paprika
  • Any spices you like
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • A bunch of parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • Potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 300-400 grams of green beans, trimmed
  • Tomato paste
  • Herbs of Provence

 

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Patties: In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, salt, pepper, minced garlic, paprika, your choice of spices, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, and flour. Mix well. Shape the mixture into patties.
  2. Cook the Patties: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until they are browned on both sides and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Vegetable Medley: In the same pan, add the diced carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, tomato, and green beans. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
