Ingredients:

  • Potatoes: 5-6 pieces, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon for boiling, plus more to taste
  • Onion: 1, diced
  • Vegetable Oil: For frying
  • Minced Meat: 500 grams
  • Bell Pepper: 1, diced
  • Tomato Paste: 2 teaspoons
  • Water: 50 ml
  • Dry Garlic: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: To taste
  • Green Onion: Chopped, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are tender, about 15 minutes, then drain.
  2. Cook the Onion and Meat:
    • In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sauté the diced onions for about 3 minutes until they become translucent.
    • Add the minced meat to the skillet and continue to fry for an additional 5 minutes until the meat is thoroughly browned.
  3. Combine Ingredients:
    • Stir in the diced bell peppers, tomato paste, water, dry garlic, paprika, oregano, and season with salt and black pepper to the skillet. Mix well.
    • Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  4. Serve:
    • Serve the hot skillet dish garnished with chopped green onions.
