- Vegetable Oil: For frying
- Minced Meat: 500 grams
- Bell Pepper: 1, diced
- Tomato Paste: 2 teaspoons
- Water: 50 ml
- Dry Garlic: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Oregano: 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper: To taste
- Green Onion: Chopped, for garnish
Directions:
- Prepare the Potatoes:
