Ingredients:

  • Potatoes: 500g
  • Cornflour: 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder: 1 tsp
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Parsley: for garnish
  • Cooking oil: for frying
  • Water: for boiling

 

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes in water for 20 minutes, then peel them.
  2. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes with cornflour, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Form the mixture into small, circle-shaped patties.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan to 140°C and fry the potato circles for 5 minutes or until they are crispy and golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
