Ingredients:

  • Broccoli – 500g
  • Salt
  • Carrots – 2 pcs
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Tangerines – 1 large
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Cherry tomatoes – 250g
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Dry garlic – 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp

 

Directions:

  1. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots. Add to the broccoli.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and one large tangerine over the vegetables. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and mix well.
  4. Cover and cook the mixture for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes, another teaspoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Cook covered for another 2 minutes.
  6. Dress the salad with olive oil, dry garlic, and sesame seeds. Mix well and serve.
