  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp (16/20) peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh preferred
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper optional
For Serving
  • 1 lemon lemon wedges for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and all the seasonings to create a flavorful marinade.
  2. Add the peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp to the marinade, tossing gently to coat them evenly. Let the shrimp marinate for 10-15 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Heat your grill to medium-high.
  4. Carefully thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the shrimp is pink and charred.
  6. Remove from the grill, serve hot with fresh lemon wedges.
