  • 1/2 cup Ketchup Also used for glaze
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup Main base for glaze
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar Honey or maple syrup can be used as substitutes
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Deepens the glaze flavors

How to Make Air Fryer Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Combine all meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl. Mix gently with your hands, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a piece of foil.
  4. Cook the meatloaf in the air fryer for 35 minutes. Cover loosely with foil if it starts browning too much.
  5. Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  6. Glaze the meatloaf after 35 minutes and continue to air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Rest the meatloaf for 15 minutes before slicing.
