Method
 

Main Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat dry the chicken thighs with a paper towel, removing excess moisture.
  3. Season the thighs generously with avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Air fry the chicken, skin side down, for 15 minutes.
  5. Prepare the glaze by combining sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  6. Baste the chicken with the glaze at least three times during cooking.
  7. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C), which may take an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Broil for an extra 2-3 minutes at the end, closely monitoring.
  9. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few moments.
