  • ½ pack (4 oz or 115g) cream cheese
  • 1 cup (120g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Olive oil for cooking
