How to Make Spiced Naan Bombs
- In a bowl, mix grated paneer, boiled potato, mozzarella cheese, fresh coriander, salt, chaat masala, and achaar masala until well combined.
- Combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, semolina, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Add curd, milk, and oil, then knead the mixture for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into 15 equal balls. Brush each ball lightly with oil, cover them with a clean cloth, and let them rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll each dough ball into a circle, spoon some filling into the center, and place a mozzarella cube on top. Seal the edges carefully; brush with milk and sprinkle with nigella seeds.
- Preheat your oven to 700°C. Bake for 18 minutes or air fry at 190°C for 8-9 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
