How to Make
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy, then gradually add sweetened condensed milk and mix until smooth. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the flour mixture into the creamy butter blend until just combined; the dough will be soft and slightly sticky.
- Scoop small dough balls, about 1 inch wide, onto the baking dish, spacing them 2 inches apart. Optionally sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool in the dish for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
