- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides evenly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown and nearly cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Return the seared chicken to the skillet. Coat thoroughly with the honey garlic sauce and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley or sesame seeds before serving.
