How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
- In a large pan over low heat, cook diced bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings for flavor.
- Rub chicken tenderloins with olive oil and season generously with poultry seasoning. Cook in the same skillet over medium-low heat for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini or fusili according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cool water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, diced chicken, shredded cheddar, crispy bacon, and sliced green onions. Toss well with most of the ranch dressing and sprinkle with Salad Supreme seasoning to taste.
- Just before serving, gently fold in the romaine lettuce and croutons for added crunch, drizzling with any remaining dressing if desired.

Notes
Use fresh ingredients, especially the romaine lettuce, added just before serving to prevent sogginess. This salad is best enjoyed fresh and can be customized to your liking.
