  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins seasoned with your favorite poultry blend
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce fold in just before serving
  • 6 ounces bacon pork or turkey bacon
  • 8 ounces rotini or fusili pasta optional high-protein or whole grain pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onions diced
  • 1 cup ranch dressing store-bought or homemade Greek yogurt ranch
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning e.g., Weber Kick'n Chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme sprinkle to taste
  • 1 cup croutons roughly chopped
Optional Add-ins
  • 1 cup bell peppers diced
  • 1 medium avocado diced or sliced before serving
  • 1 can black beans rinsed
  • 1 cup corn fresh, frozen, or canned

Method
 

How to Make Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad
  1. In a large pan over low heat, cook diced bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside, reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings for flavor.
  2. Rub chicken tenderloins with olive oil and season generously with poultry seasoning. Cook in the same skillet over medium-low heat for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  3. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini or fusili according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cool water to stop the cooking process.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, diced chicken, shredded cheddar, crispy bacon, and sliced green onions. Toss well with most of the ranch dressing and sprinkle with Salad Supreme seasoning to taste.
  5. Just before serving, gently fold in the romaine lettuce and croutons for added crunch, drizzling with any remaining dressing if desired.
