How to Make Breakfast Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Scramble this mixture in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough sheets on a floured surface and pinch any seams together.
  4. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough.

  6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, then slice it into 12 equal pieces.
