How to Make Breakfast Rolls
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the eggs, red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Scramble this mixture in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent dough sheets on a floured surface and pinch any seams together.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly over the dough.
- Layer the scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and cheese on top.
- Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, then slice it into 12 equal pieces.
- Place the rolls in the prepared baking dish and bake them for 24-26 minutes.
- Serve warm, optionally brushed with melted butter and garnished with parsley.
