How to Make Honey Garlic Salmon Bites
  1. Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Season them generously with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Massage with olive oil.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Add seasoned salmon cubes and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté for about one minute. Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Let simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Gently toss cooked salmon in the skillet with sauce to coat evenly.
  5. Serve over rice and steamed vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds and chives if desired.
