How to Make Sausage and Sweet Potatoes
  1. Start by peeling and cubing the sweet potatoes into even pieces.
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and brown it for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cubed sweet potatoes with the browned sausage, cooking them together for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the sausage and sweet potatoes.
  5. Cover the skillet and let everything simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat, garnish with freshly chopped parsley, and enjoy!
