Filling and Shaping

  2. Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down and roll it out into a rectangular shape on a floured surface. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  3. Tightly roll the dough into a log, then slice it into 12 equal pieces. Arrange the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and allow them to rise for another 30 minutes.
