Preparation Steps
- Thaw Puff Pastry according to package instructions for about 30 minutes until cold but pliable.
- Sprinkle sugar on a clean work surface and lay the puff pastry on top.
- Warm the pistachio cream in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, then coat the pastry evenly.
- Roll the pastry from both long edges towards the center forming a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and slice the log into 1/4-inch thick pieces.
- Bake slices for 7-8 minutes until golden brown. Alternatively, air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 8-10 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack and optionally garnish with finely chopped pistachios or edible rose petals.
