How to Make No Chill Chocolate Chip Cookies
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Beat the cold butter in a mixing bowl until it’s broken apart. Next, add the granulated and brown sugars to cream together.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time and pour in the vanilla extract, mixing well until everything is smoothly combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt) while mixing on low speed.
- Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips gently using a rubber spatula.
- Roll the dough into 4-ounce mounds, about 13 cookies total, and place them on a parchment-lined jelly roll pan.
- Garnish each mound with broken pieces of milk chocolate wafers.
- Bake for 14-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool the cookies on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
