How to Make McGriddle Bites

  3. In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, water, and maple syrup. Stir until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese, ensuring even distribution.
  5. Fill the muffin cups about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until tops are golden brown.
  7. Cool the bites slightly before serving warm, and offer extra maple syrup for dipping.
