Baking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a large bread loaf pan.
- Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth, then mix in the eggs until well combined.
- Blend in the vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until incorporated.
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a separate bowl: flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
