- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, icing sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Add a pinch of salt, the sunflower seed oil, and the egg to the butter mixture. Mix well until fully combined.
- Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
