  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, icing sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: Add a pinch of salt, the sunflower seed oil, and the egg to the butter mixture. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder.
  5. Form the Dough: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  6. Shape the Biscuits: Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon or a fork.
  7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
