How to Make Marble Chocolate Chip Cookies
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Integrate the eggs and vanilla extract into your creamed mixture, mixing for an additional 3 minutes.
- Gradually blend in the baking soda and salt, then slowly add the all-purpose flour until fully incorporated.
- Separate the dough into three equal parts.
- Using food coloring, tint two of the portions orange and brown, and mix in 1/3 of the chocolate chips into each.
- Form 2 oz. dough balls by combining the colored doughs, press slightly before placing on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
