- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cauldron molds.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl until no lumps remain.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined, then gradually add milk.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry mixture until just combined; a slightly lumpy batter is desirable.
- Fill each mold three-quarters full with batter and bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cakes in their molds for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Frost your cooled cakes with chocolate frosting and sprinkle with edible glitter.
