- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, gram flour, cornflour, baking soda, orange food color, and yogurt.
- Gradually add water while whisking until a smooth, flowing batter forms.
- Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle or piping bag.
Cooking
- In a separate pot, boil water, green cardamom, and granulated sugar for 5-8 minutes until it reaches one-string consistency.
- In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-low heat. Once hot, pipe the batter into spirals in the oil.
- Fry each jalebi for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown.
- Transfer jalebis to the warm sugar syrup for 30-40 seconds on each side to soak.
- Remove from syrup and serve immediately.
