Preparation
  1. Heat Oil: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook Vegetables: Add all the sliced and julienned vegetables to the skillet. Stir frequently and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  4. Add Sauce: Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to coat the vegetables.
  5. Finish Cooking: Continue to cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve: Serve hot, perfect as a light dinner or a healthy side dish. Add tofu, chicken, or shrimp if desired for a protein boost.
