How to Make Almond Date Ladoos
- Start by soaking the Medjool dates in hot water for about 10-15 minutes.
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the almonds and cashews, sautéing for 4-7 minutes.
- Allow the nuts to cool slightly, then transfer them to a food processor. Pulse until crumbly.
- In the same food processor, blend the soaked dates into a smooth paste.
- Add the nut mixture, date paste, maca powder, ground cardamom, and salt to the processor. Pulse until combined.
- Stir in the chia seeds to the mixture.
- Form the mixture into round balls (ladoos), pressing firmly.
- Refrigerate the ladoos for at least 30 minutes.
