How to Make Almond Date Ladoos
  1. Start by soaking the Medjool dates in hot water for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the almonds and cashews, sautéing for 4-7 minutes.
  3. Allow the nuts to cool slightly, then transfer them to a food processor. Pulse until crumbly.
  4. In the same food processor, blend the soaked dates into a smooth paste.
  5. Add the nut mixture, date paste, maca powder, ground cardamom, and salt to the processor. Pulse until combined.
  6. Stir in the chia seeds to the mixture.
  7. Form the mixture into round balls (ladoos), pressing firmly.
  8. Refrigerate the ladoos for at least 30 minutes.
