Preparation
- Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened, 3-5 minutes.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
