Honey Garlic Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons Warm Water To blend sauce ingredients

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Liberally season both sides of the boneless pork chops with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, warm water, additional salt, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, allowing it to melt until bubbling.
  4. Add the seasoned pork chops and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook until the other side is also golden.
  5. Push the cooked chops to one side of the skillet. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the cleared space. Sauté until golden and fragrant.
  6. Pour the prepared honey sauce into the skillet with the garlic and simmer until thickened.
  7. Spoon the sauce over the pork chops, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
