Cooking Steps
- Liberally season both sides of the boneless pork chops with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together honey, warm water, additional salt, apple cider vinegar, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Add vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, allowing it to melt until bubbling.
- Add the seasoned pork chops and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown. Flip and cook until the other side is also golden.
- Push the cooked chops to one side of the skillet. Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the cleared space. Sauté until golden and fragrant.
- Pour the prepared honey sauce into the skillet with the garlic and simmer until thickened.
- Spoon the sauce over the pork chops, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
