  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce adjust amount to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey maple syrup can be used as a vegan alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice can substitute with lemon juice

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice. Mix until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, take your salmon pieces and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Toss gently until well coated.
  3. Set your air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
  5. Cook the salmon for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
