Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F as recommended by the crescent roll package for perfectly baked crust.
  2. Prepare Crescent Roll Crust: Unroll your crescent rolls onto a cookie sheet and pinch the seams together to seal. Bake until golden brown for about 10-12 minutes.
  3. Cool Crust: Once baked, allow the crust to cool completely on a wire rack.
  4. Cook Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and a little water, then simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and a splash of salsa. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Assemble Pizza: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over your cooled crust. Layer on the taco meat, diced tomatoes, cheese, and shredded lettuce.
  7. Slice & Serve: Cut the pizza into squares and serve immediately.
