- Cook the Pasta: Begin by cooking the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely.
- Prepare the Eyeballs: Take your mini mozzarella balls and insert half a black olive into each one to form the 'pupils.'
- Combine the Vegetables: In a large bowl, whisk together the cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red and yellow bell peppers, and sliced olives.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Dress the Salad: Pour the mixture over your pasta and vegetables, tossing until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
