  • Lemon Zest: From ½ lemon
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt and Black Pepper: To taste
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 200 grams (7 oz), shredded
  • Olive Oil: For greasing the baking dish
  • Fresh Rosemary: 1 sprig optional
