- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to a uniform thickness of about ¼ inch and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer two slices of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken rolls for about 4-5 minutes.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Prepare the creamy sauce by heating heavy cream, adding Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the oven, discard toothpicks, let rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with the creamy sauce and garnish with parsley.
