How to Make Cream Cheese Bacon Doritos Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine chive and onion cream cheese with condensed cream of bacon soup in a large bowl. Mix until smooth, then fold in the shredded mozzarella and cooked bacon bits.
- Cut pockets into the boneless, skinless chicken breasts, being careful not to slice all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken pocket generously with the cream cheese mixture.
- Beat the egg in a small bowl, then brush it over the tops of the stuffed chicken.
- Press the crushed Doritos firmly onto the tops of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 33 minutes.
- Rest your Cream Cheese Bacon Doritos Chicken for a few minutes before serving.
