- In a medium-sized glass bowl, begin by adding your raw honey. If the honey has crystallized, you can gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water (not exceeding 105°F) to make it easier to stir, though keeping it raw preserves the natural enzymes.
- Add the ground turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon to the honey. Whisk these dry and fresh ingredients together slowly until the mixture becomes a smooth, vibrant orange paste.
- Pour in the lemon juice and add a crack of fresh black pepper. The acidity of the lemon helps balance the sweetness, while the piperine in black pepper is essential for absorbing the curcumin found in turmeric.
- Stir the mixture one last time until all elements are fully incorporated. Transfer the concentrate into a sterilized glass jar for long-term use.
