Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lime juice.

  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  5. If using skewers, thread 4-5 shrimp onto each skewer.
  6. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until they curl and turn opaque pink.
  7. Transfer the shrimp to a platter and garnish with fresh cilantro.
