- Cook the PastaBring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain, drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking, and set aside.
- Brown the BeefIn a large skillet or sauté pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Once cooked, drain excess fat if necessary.
- Sauté the VegetablesIn the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Toss in the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
- Build the SauceStir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute to deepen the flavor. Add crushed tomatoes, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using. Stir well, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Combine Pasta and SauceAdd the cooked pasta into the skillet with the beef and sauce mixture. Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated.
- Add the CheeseSprinkle in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Finish and ServeTransfer the pasta to a serving dish or keep it in the skillet. Top with the remaining cheese and let it melt from the residual heat. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
