  • 8 oz crab or imitation crab.
  • 1 medium avocado ensure it’s ripe.
For the Dressing
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise adjust to taste.
  • 2 oz cream cheese omit for lighter salad.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce preferably low-sodium.
For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds can substitute with crushed nuts.

Method
 

Basic Instructions
  1. Slice your cucumbers into 1/8-inch thick rounds, peel if using regular cucumbers. Sprinkle salt and let them drain for 15-20 minutes before patting dry.
  2. In a large bowl, combine drained cucumbers, chopped crab, diced avocado, mayonnaise, cream cheese (if using), soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
  3. Shake the container vigorously to blend all flavors harmoniously.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Drain excess liquid before serving later.
